Tsunami and Earthquakes

Tsunami

This advice given was given for all affected by the tsunami in Japan by Lama Zopa Rinpoche, March 11 2011

Rinpoche is advising to recite the Ksitigarbha mantra and prayer and also to recite Buddha's name mantra, taking strong refuge and making strong prayers.

Rinpoche said this is beneficial for all who are being affected by the tsunami, even if you are not personally affected.
