Stephan Pende Wormland

Stephan Pende Wormland was born in Germany in 1965 and practiced in different spiritual traditions before he became a student of Lama Zopa Rinpoche in 1995. He studied psychology and worked in a psychiatric hospital. He has done solitary retreat and led many retreats and introductory courses in different centres in Europe.  He is registered by FPMT as a Foundational Buddhism teacher.
