Why Meditate?  What is the Purpose?
For those who have been curious about Buddhist meditation, but don't know where to begin, this weekend course will teach you the fundamentals of various types of Buddhist meditation practices, and give you tools you need both to begin a daily meditation practice and to deal with problems and difficulties once you have started to meditate. Beginners are welcome and encouraged, as well as older students wanting to revitalize their practice.

Created in order to help people see how the Tibetan Buddhist tantric path fits in with our western systems, this course will explain what is the basis behind tantra and how it benefits the mind to live up to our greatest potential.
