Nyung Nä is a beautiful purification practice involving visualization of the Buddha of Infinite Compassion (Chenrezig). The three retreat sessions each day incorporate prayers, visualization, reciting mantras, and performing prostrations to help us develop more loving kindness and compassion in our hearts and minds. This retreat includes periods of fasting and strict silence and is a powerful, quick and effective method to both purify an enormous amount of negativity while collecting vast merit.
